Definitions

Please see the following definitions that have been applied to the EACHOT project.

EMPLOYABILITY is a lifelong life-wide process of personal and professional development and is a continuous journey throughout your career.

CAREER PROGRESSION/DEVELOPMENT is when you change jobs to develop, progress and reach goals within your career – can be sideways, down or up.

AGENCY is your knowledge, confidence and ability to decide to take action, and what action to take for your employability and career progression.

Mobile Devices

Please note that those using a mobile device may need to download PDF versions rather than word versions of the resources to be able to access the information. Both are available on the EACHOT for accessibility.
