This may include your contact details, your CV or a Letter of Support from a mentor / line manager / academic tutor. We believe we have a legitimate interest to request this information to assist in the assessment of applications and the award of funding. We retain your application and feedback forms on our secure server as evidence for our auditors and the Charity Commission that our activities and awards are legitimate and in line with our charitable Purpose.

In all cases your personally identifiable information is encrypted and held on a secure server. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

We do use Google Analytics and Hotjar to monitor the behaviour of users when on our website, we do this to be able to make adjustments to our website to improve our visitors’ experience.
