Trustee recruitment – could it be you?
APPLICATIONS CLOSED. WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE OUR NEW TRUSTEES LATER THIS MONTH.
As we approach the end of another busy year for the Elizabeth Casson Trust, the terms for three of our trustees are coming to an end and we are looking to appoint their replacements.
Before going any further, we want to give Jill Massey, Vaughan Griffiths and Katy Strudwick huge thanks for their time and commitment to the Trust. All three have contributed their skills and knowledge to our work, and without their input all our projects may not have happened. Thank you, Jill,Vaughan and Katy, for your time, support and encouragement in all we do.
With these trustees moving on, we now have three openings for individuals to join our board of trustees. We anticipate bringing on two individuals who are occupational therapists and a further one who has financial expertise. Could this person also be an occupational therapist, or will they be a lay member?
If you have some interest in joining us, please take a moment to read our values (https://elizabethcasson.org.uk/#values), and strategic and operational intentions (http://bit.ly/strategicintentions) to learn about our organisation. To see some of the programmes we provide, take a look here: https://elizabethcasson.org.uk/support-development.
We always aim to have trustees whose skills, knowledge and interest align with our activities. For the two occupational therapists we are recruiting, we hope to find an individual who has commissioning experience and another who has public health experience. This said, we welcome interest from any OT who shares our values, has a desire to make things happen and who is committed to furthering the profession.
Please take a look at the role descriptors below to learn more about being an Elizabeth Casson trustee.
If you would like to express interest in becoming a trustee, please contact Pam at [email protected]. We are pleased to answer any questions you may have and will connect you to Peridot Partners who are managing the recruitment process for us.
If you prefer to go directly to Peridot, please follow this link.
Closing date for applications is 19th September, 2022.
