The Mary Seacole programme
The Mary Seacole programme is offered by the NHS Leadership Academy and is an extended 6-month programme offered through a blended approach of online learning and workshop participation. The programme is designed for those who already have formal leadership responsibility (minimum 2 years in post) and aims to be grounded in real-life scenarios.
