At our most recent Leadership Learning Event in October 2018, Caroline Waters OBE spoke to the group about leadership models and concepts.
Caroline is a highly accomplished senior executive with a variety of experience in executive and non-executive roles. Caroline is currently the Vice Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, Vice President of Carers UK – among other things – and runs her own Strategic HR Consultancy Business.
