Launch of Leadership Programme
The Elizabeth Casson Trust had a soft launch of its Leadership Programme on 14th February at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists in London.
Trustees Anne Lawson-Porter and Sally Townend, together with Caroline Waters (HR consultant) introduced the programme and explained the Trust’s plan to award a £10 000 grant to develop leadership skills through the vehicle of an occupational therapy service development project.
Prof Annie Turner, Chair of the Trust, gave delegates an overview of the work of the Trust and Karin Orman. Professional Practice Manage at RCOT, spoke about the College’s Career Development Framework.
