The Kings Fund
The King’s Fund offers a number of courses for leadership development. These are usually hosted in London and run anywhere from 3 days to 5 ‘modules’, depending on the topic. Topics include Personal impact and influence; Release your potential: a programme for new leaders; Building your authority: Influencing beyond your role; Emerging clinical leaders; Clinical leadership in the independent health care sector, etc. Full details can be found here:
