The Health Foundation
The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK. As the second largest endowed foundation in the UK focusing on health, they spend around £30 million a year on improving health and health care. To meet their strategic aims they provide funding to test innovations and spread what works; build skills and knowledge; and, develop and share evidence on what works and why. One of their programmes is GenerationQ which is a part time, fully-funded leadership development programme for senior leaders from health and health care practice, policy and the charity sector. The programme is designed to equip Fellows with the skills and techniques to lead and deliver improvements across services and organisations.
