Northampton University offers a Leadership for Health and Social Care MSc https://www.northampton.ac.uk/study/courses/leadership-for-health-social-care/. This course is based on the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model’s nine dimensions of leadership behaviours (see Leadership Web Based Resources, above, for further information), and aims to give leaders and aspiring leaders the practical skills and knowledge to work confidently in developing safe, high-quality clinical care and support services.
