BSSH and BAHT Conference
I have recently commenced my Band 6 static post within the Welsh Centre for Burns and Plastics and therefore every opportunity to develop my specialist knowledge and skill base is essential to my development as an Occupational Therapist working within this area. Most of the knowledge I have gained to date has been experiential. Attending the conference was an excellent opportunity to increase my knowledge in the most recent and evidence based practice and has enabled me to develop my understanding of the unique contribution Occupational Therapy has within my clinical area. I was able to attend a range of symposiums, bell sessions and key note lectures which has helped to develop my specialist knowledge and skills.
