PRPP system of task analysis course

I attended the Perceive, Recall, Plan, Perform System (PRPP) of Task Analysis in Oxford which is a 5 day intensive course.  This assessment is a standardised criteria referenced, task analysis methodology which measures cognition in occupational performance. This course is extremely beneficial for being able to accurately assess anybody’s level of performance whilst performing any task. No longer will I have to rely on unsensitive/non-specific cognitive assessments to help formulate a profile around someone’s abilities. Using this assessment will also demonstrate to the MDT of the value of OT observation, compared to standardised pen/paper cognitive assessments.
