Rainbow Kids Yoga Training
Rainbow Kids Yoga Training was one of the most fun and interesting courses I have ever taken part in. It gave me so many relevant activities to incorporate into my therapy sessions with children – activities that I feel motivated the children and made them much more interested in their therapy. It not only targeted their sensory motor skills, but also their emotional wellbeing. It has benefitted me personally as it has given me so much more job satisfaction as I know the children are enjoying their therapy – it was lovely to see them improve with their yoga poses as our yoga group progressed. I have only done one group to date but am looking forward to incorporating more activities into sessions in the new school year. The funding from the Trust made this course much more accessible to me – thank you
