OT, Combat Stress
The MOHO case formulation training has improved my ability to clearly and concisely articulate information relating to service users occupational identity and competency. This has enhanced the quality of my rapport and led to stronger therapeutic relationships with service users. It has also improved my ability to communicate with the MDT in a way that reinforces the role and credibility of my profession. I am confident that the standardisation of case formulation across the occupational therapy service will facilitate smoother transitions between treatment centres and community teams in the future, and ensure our work retains an occupational focus.
